I am an instructor using Kits and have a quick question about a feature but don't have a way to get a quick answer. Having to email OIT or DLI and wait for an answer slows me down and takes my focus away from what I am trying to accomplish right now. This makes me feel inefficient.
How might we (the Kits project team) add a chatbot to Kits to answer questions users might have more quickly than contacting support?

Hypotheses
Users would like to get quick answer to questions they have and a chatbot is the best way we can deliver that functionality.
