Add Sakai to Warpwire setup #597

I am a Sakai/Kits Admin user trying to fix a Warpwire site for a DKU Course but I can't because there currently no way to do this which makes me feel stressed because now I need a developer to help me.

As of 12/17/2020, Sakai's LTI call to Warpwire is not telling Warpwire if the Term is DKU or not. That really confuses Warpwire when it searches for the groups. Long term solution is for Sakai to pass along that info to WW, short term is to make the 'Add a Warpwire App' functionality in Kits make a Sakai <=> WW connection.

The change will be this. When a Warpwire App is added to a Course, Kits will check if there is a Sakai Site for the Course. If there is, it will pass that ID along to Warpwire and Warpwire will associate that Sakai Site with the Library.

Adding Warpwire to course kit will make the connection between Sakai and Warpwire.
