Remove Piazza integration from Kits #620

I am faculty member looking for a good Q&A discussion tool for my course, but I don't want to use Piazza because the university no longer supports that and the free version had ads. I still see Piazza in Kits which makes me feel frustrated about what to tool I can use.

How might we (the Kits project team) remove the Piazza integration from the Kits app store?

Questions Will this be replaced by another discussion tool? Can we use Kits to pilot a new discussion tool?

Assumptions

Hypotheses Instructors who don't use Sakai will need an easy way to set up a Q&A discussion tool through Kits.

Is this just about cleaning up code? Piazza is no longer an option in the App Store.
