Put Grouper in container for Kits open source code #623

I am developer trying to evaluate Kits but I don't have Grouper. Kits is looking for groups from Grouper and because I don't have Grouper, I can't see how Kits might be used for courses or other groups on campus. This makes me unsure if Kits would be a good fit for my university.

How might we (the Kits project team) provide access to Grouper for schools who would like to evaluate Kits?

Update: Duke will provide information on how to find a Grouper container to use for Kits evaluation.
