dlFilter is a text filtering script for mIRC. It is created with both chat and file sharing channels in mind. dlFilter removes ads, requests, annoying KeepTrack, mp3 play & away messages and much more. Also, dlFilter can send notices from fileservers to separate window and group @find results, allowing them to be easily viewed.

If Filter Non-Regular Users is off, show op events #47
This PR extends the "Show Non-Regular User" events so that it now covers ops etc.
In other words if the check box is clear, then op events are shown when users are opped as well as showing when they Part or Quit.
This makes the purpose of this function - to show when file servers come and go - more comprehensive.
