Delay cell highlight to improve scrolling #202

Hi

I've just discovered m-gwt which looks awesome!!! I'm using GXT for the desktop 
version but will make a mobile prototype using m-gwt.

The only annoying thing is that cells in a list are highlighted for a split 
second when I scroll. Native applications don't have this issue. Is it possible 
to fix this by delaying cell highlight for about 0.2 sec, and only highlight 
the cell if the finger hasn't moved "significantly"?
