If Karel ceases to exist, it remains in the kwld2 world file #4

When a Karel is deleted or a kwld2 file is placed in a new environment, the file still contains the old karels. Most of the time, these old karels don't exist in the new file so when the program should remove them automatically.

Could be done by having a quick scan of the document during the static block's execution.
