How to use it if my cuda version higher than 11.8? #6

My graphics card is an NVIDIA RTX 4090, which requires CUDA version 11.8 or higher. However, CUDA 11.8 requires at least Python version 3.8 and PyTorch version 2.0.0. Are there any ways to solve this problem? QwQ
