Unable to resize after exiting from the full screen mode of macos

Describe the bug The app will not be able to resize after going back from the full screen mode on mac.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open the app
2. resize a bit
3. go into the full screen mode
4. exit the full screen mode
5. bug appears

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
