Quickstart image doesn't match the jar quickstart menu. #1527

Describe the bug The quickstart menu doesn't show the same as the jar. Missing help menu button in the screenshot of user guide.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1) Start jar file 2) Open user guide 3) See difference

Expected behavior Expected to see help menu in user guide
