Editing person with same new details gives wrong feedback message #1560

Describe the bug When editing a person to the same details as he is currently, the feedback message is "Edit Person:...", but in actuality, the person is not edited.

To Reproduce Have a person in the list edit 1 d/Human Resource r/Manager edit 1 d/Human Resource r/Manager

Expected behavior Feedback message that specifies to the user that the person is not edited/ provided details is the same as current details.
