Describe the bug When the available prefix in included in the wrong input, invalid format should show instead.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to forum book
2. login as admin
3. type "deleteUser uName/John uName/admin uPass/123"
4. See error

Expected behavior Detect invalid format and show error message

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to forum book
2. login as admin
3. type "announce aTitle/Urgent! aContent/System Maintenancefrom 4pm to 5pm. aContent/Testing"
4. Announce content shown as Testing

Expected behavior The value of the first prefix should be taken in or the app should reject the input since it is invalid format.
