[200]History Command able to see previous Login after Logged out

Describe the bug After Logging out, the user can use the History Command to view past usages of the application to see the other's login details and pw.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login w credentials
2. Logout
3. Type "history"
4. View data

Expected behavior History should probably be cleared everytime a user logs out to clear the log and any data inputted during the session.

The user guide did not explicitly state that history is private. This is not bug. Also, history command is part of AB4 command, not considered as PE bug.
