Sample addProject command given in UG is invalid

Describe the bug Sample addProject command given in step 7 of Quick Start (section 2 of UG) does not work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Type addProject n/Project Sunshine d/20190320 into command line
2. See error

Expected behavior Adds a project named Project Sunshine into the project list.
