Java 9 is able to Run the application #1645

Describe the bug UserrGuide states that only Java 8 is able to be run

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use java 9
  2. Run Application
  3. See the application running succesfully

Expected behavior Java 9 not working on the application
