Import list of players #37

pascalg: It should be possible to import a list of players from a file (e.g. Excel and/or CSV). This would make it possible to create small registration forms on the Internet (which automatically save the form information in a file, such as Google Forms in conjunction with Google Sheets) and then import this information directly into the software without the tournament director having to manually re-enter the players one by one.

If this is to be implemented, it must be possible to import a text file that looks like an txt-export of the bsv-players-list:
