A late starter is treated differently from a first round subscriber who lacks in the first rounds. #75

Say player Alex says he wants to play in the tournament X but does not come (excused) in rounds 1 and 2. He starts playing in round 3. And player Pascal at first didn't subscribe but before round 3 he says he wants to play and then he plays in round 3.

In this case, both players only played round 3, but Alex gets points for lacking excused, Pascal does not. This seems a bit illogical. On the other hand, it may encourage players to subscribe to a tournament.

In the Keizer sense, this should be handled by adding a new Keizer bonus for late starters which can be set independent of the excused bonus.

And if this is fixed in such a way that a late starter gets this bonus and the corresponding entries in the pairings table, probably #41: A late starter can get a free ride in his first round. is fixed automatically.

AW: In closer looking, an extra slider for a late-starter bonus is probably a bit over the top. Also Pascals view: "Yes, I think it is possible to handle this case in a simple way, without necessarily needing to give the tournament director the possibility to finely control the bonus with a slider. "Absence without excuse" seems to me to be a good compromise to manage the case of late registrations in the tournament."
