[FEATURE] Enable Users export (backup) their chat

Description

The Problem: Considering the fact that users' messages are being encrypted, there is a risk of losing user data when the encryption key is lost.

Proposed Solution:

• Enable users to safely backup their data by providing them with the option to export their data on the app
• Enable users to easily restore their data by providing them with an interface to import their exported data

It is crucial to ensure data consistency by implementing measures like

• Esnuring that data being imported is up-to-date (i.e current with the current data in the system)
• Ensuring immutability of the exported data (i.e using hash checks, etc)
