Hi!

I noticed that OpenDoas does not seem to have a CI. I'm considering a pull request adding CI similar to my work at https://github.com/projectM-visualizer/frontend-libvisual-plug-in/blob/master/.github/workflows/linux.yml . CI would protect from future regressions breaking the build and also cover compilation with modern compilers. What do you think?

@Duncaen I made the same offer to slicer69/doas and my related pull request https://github.com/slicer69/doas/pull/112 has just been merged. I can do the same here. What do you think?
