Missing config.h and config.mk files #67

Hello. I am trying to compile OpenDoas from source and have noticed the config.h and config.mk files are missing. I am assuming that the config.mk file isn't that important as it is included in the .gitignore but it seems as the config.h file contains important function calls and fails to compile without it. I am running Gentoo version 5.10.27 with gcc 10.2.0 if that is necessary to know.

It seems as I have opened an issue way too soon. After reading the README.md file, it seems as I need to make those myself with PAM. Apologies for opening a misinformed issue.
