'CountDown' is missing #50

Seems to only happen if the experiment starts with a 3D trial. Probably not a big deal..

I think this only happens when the experiment doesn't start with an instruction screen. Doesn't need to be fixed for release since it's likely that all experiments will first start with an instruction screene. Also doesn't seem to be interfering with anything either way.

@hongyu-wang @codyhowarth - not sure what CountDown is? Can this issue be closed?
