Initial checkin for MacBookPro16,2 #156

I have a 2020 13" MBP identifying as MacBookPro16,2. I'm trying to get it working under Fedora 32 or Ubuntu 20.04, but not having any luck. I figured I would upload its specs to see if anyone had any ideas.
