Drum sniffer 1.1 wouldn't open until... #2

I followed all of the instructions for getting my RB4 drums (xbox one) to work, but drum sniffer wouldn't open. I then uninstalled winpcap and reinstalled it ( 4.1.3) and suddenly drum sniffer started working. Though I would leave a comment and let you know.

FYI for anyone else who may want to try this, I had to do the same thing to get the sniffer running after the latest Windows update to version 1909. Not sure why, but this worked. So thanks to @cbinder46 for posting that solution!
