Refactoring the code:

• [x] Improve the folder structure for each component and create more functional-based programs.
• [x] Documentation of all important features. If the feature is large and important, we can create sub-pages for it or dynamic pages.

• Refactor all the code present in the context API and in these components :

  • [x] One-Time-Editor
  • [x] Preview
  • [ ] Download PDF { also create a feature to download the invoice in PNG Format }

  Currently, we are adding these points for refactoring, but as we find other refactoring points, we will add them here as well.
