🐛 Bug: Menu bar in footer doesn't scroll up to page the page when clicked. #42

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

The menu bar in footer doesn't scroll up to page the page when clicked. Screenshot (123) we need to scroll up to see whether we can manipulate the page or not.

Expected Behavior

It should scroll back to the top.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. I will add css and js which makes it show the page which has been clicked on.
  2. Makes it more user friendly.

Environment

- Platform: Laptop
- OS: Windows
- Browser: Chrome
- Version: 80
- Screen Size(in inch)(Approx): 15.6
