Current Behavior

When I was exploring the landing page, in the FEATURES section, there was no interaction after hovering on 'Better design and templates' except for the cursor turning into a pointer. One can't see the change unless he/she clicks on it. The problem is shown below in the form of a Loom video

Expected Behavior

We can use the border hover effect.
