Added a comprehensive set of scidefs for Kerbin, as well as shuffling some existing ones.

This is badly needed; it's more a bugfix than an overhaul. Right now, many of the biome-specific experiments contain entries that don't exist, and then appear inappropriately.

Every instance of KerbinInSpaceLow, KerbinInSpaceHigh KerbinFlyingLow, and KerbinFlyingHigh in biome folders is in error. There is biome-specific versions of these, when they exist, have the biome name appended to the end. As a result, you're guaranteed to get a 'badlands' text for mystery goo in those situations, regardless of where you are, for example.
