Nearly choked when I saw the Void Steel recipe. Might I suggest looking for steel ingots from other mods such as Create: Dreams and Desires and alter the recipe based on what mods are installed? Iirc, Fabric adds the ability to specify that a particular mod has to be installed for a recipe to become available in the json itself
