Overview

We need upsert-all.sh, remove-all.sh, backupdb, and restoredb scripts.

We also need specifically parameterized scripts:

upsert {content-type} { | all}

Tasks

[x] On dev, do backupdb utils script
[x] On dev, do zapdb utils script
[x] On dev, do restoredb utils script
[ ] On dev, do upsert-all cms script
[ ] On dev, do backupdb utils script on this cms inserted content
[ ] On dev, test
[ ] On prod, pull, then do upsert-all script
[ ] On prod, test with command line curl
