Cell level trans-regulatory potential #22

Dear All,

First of all, I would like to thank you for developing a useful analytical tool.

I have a question regarding the item in paper Figure 4g-i. I am trying to estimate the TF-TG trans-regulatory potential of each cell, which output should I look at for this matrix (how should I construct the cell-level GRN)?

As stated in your paper, I can get the cell-level trans regulatory potential by replacing the cell type-specific term with the single-cell term. Thanks!
