Replace EntityDescription with BinarySensorEntityDescription #178

This PR changes the use of the generic EntityDescription to the more specific BinarySensorEntityDescription for binary sensors. In addition, icons were added to some binary sensors and the sensors were removed from the diagnostic area altogether.
