Closes #286.

This bumps mytoyota to 2.1.4 to fix the breaking change in the Toyota API.

Hi @Mrtenz could you open your PR again? Unfortunately, I haven't heard from @DurgNomis-drol for a long time. And only he, as repo owner, can approve and merge my pull requests. I got maintainer rights from him some time ago. This means I can't approve my own merge requests, but I can maybe approve and merge yours. I would like to try that out.

I can't seem to reopen it because I deleted my fork, but will create a new PR and apply your suggestions there.
