topicID is not working #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set part = id,snippet
2. Set maxResults = 50
3. Set q = shakira
4. Set topicID = /m/0kpv0g
5. Set type = video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see video of shakira, but no results are given back, 
"totalResults": 0.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The topicID used is for MUSIC, but it is not working. If you remove it, the 
results are 1000000.

shakira dont want youtube or metacafe to appeared its in thge heart always
