Page does not leg me go back in history #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Moma search for apis explorer
2. Click on User added link
3. end up at: https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#p/
4. Click back button to get back to search results

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Expect: Clicking left go back arrow takes user back to previous page
  What happens: APIs Explorer page reloads 

Workaround: Right-click history arrow and manually select the page to go back 
to. However, this will not return to search results, only to Moma. 

Workaround: Do not open links by clicking but by right-click and open in new 
tab. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* Linux, Chrome latest.

Please provide any additional information below.
