We need to implement a feedback form on the CryptoX website that fits the site's existing theme and design aesthetics. The form should be clean, responsive, and visually aligned with the current color palette and style.

Form Fields: Name Email Feedback (Textarea) Rating (Star rating system) Submit Button: With a hover transition matching the existing button styles on the website.
