The home page is not great at the moment.

Perhaps home page could be something like

1) Introduction to the site 2) Alphabetized list of the colleges/societies (with crests?) 3) Information about the system itself

Also, information about who runs the platform would be good to include, possibly in a footer. This could also include individual hire manager contact details on sub-sites.

Eg. Hires system developed by Jon Salmon | TrevsTech Hires managed by X

with email links, possibly Github too.
