revamp teams page

once again we return to this problem :/.

a couple steps for this one

• [ ] make table in a format that is easily abstractable => think about the future and ensure easy edits
• [ ] keep awesome color formatting (but make implementation better lol)
• [ ] rethink filters => how do we really want these to be used, make them more efficient (I really hate the tableloop thing)
  • [ ] make filters save to local storage so they can be applied when the page is returned to
• [ ] add dropdowns to show more data?
