[x] 1: make sure alliance sides works

[ ] 5: Make it so we can set shooter angle in dashboard
[ ] 6: Tune shooter speeds and angles
[x] 7: separate shooter prep and shoot (HOME)
[x] 8: Turn down the timeout for the shooter after it shoots (HOME) K
[x] 9: Lower hood angle while idle (HOME)
[ ] 10: setup all driver commands / control scheme
[x] 11: Setup elastic dashboard (HOME) K
[x] 12: Elastic field and swerve viewer and Camera feed (HOME) K
[ ] 13: Logger only if log exists
[ ] 14: Reject bad vision data (no more than 1 meter of recommended movement)
[ ] 15: Manual one note auto
[x] 16: Reverse intake wheels when getting note into feeder
[x] Keep intake up but slightly out while flushing
