is it possible to add two or more MenuItems in one row?

Yes by using the list menu item, see the example menu: https://github.com/DurtyFree/alt-V-NativeUI/blob/a3ea54f0817f8212af71556b07081025330c9fe2/examples/nativeUI-example/client.ts#L43
