However I was not able to make it work neither with dash nor with bash...
if bash became weight instead of tool feel free to use python for this test.

The default /bin/sh is probably more picky than bash.

Note: Some of the fixes are obvious, but removing quotes from --data-dir might lead to problems with spaces in path. However I was not able to make it work neither with dash nor with bash...
