t2 dps priest set again =/ #1088

Fist of the Tiger doing 60% damage as DoT and Crit + Armor pen broke again after restart. 10% increased smite damage also appears to not be working.

Also saw somebody mention 8 set not working either.

can you please look at this noxx? It was working right before ZG launch restart, shouldnt be too much effort

Now that holy monk has been nerfed into the ground. This is a vital part of our damage now and needs to be fixed.
