SMF 70% extra slam does not apply #1643

Tested with two identical weapons on the heroic dummy, comparing the ratio of WW mainhand vs offhand hits and the two Slam hits: image

Both ratios are close to the 62.5% they should be with the 5/5 dual wield specialization talented. There is of course a small variance due to amount of crits etc, but a 70% multiplier should be very clearly visible anyway as it should mean they have the same dmg (.625*1.7 = 1.00625)

The same is still true today, any chance this could be looked at? :)
