Bard's Motif of Focus cancels the effect of other bards #1840

If there are multiple bards in a group and they pop Motif of Focus at the same time a person who casted it first gets their virtuoso stacked to 3 times and other bards don't, therefore wasting thier CD.

So another bard can't use their Motif of Focus untill the 3 stacks of moonfire are gone from the target.
