Hi there, it seems from my preliminary testing that bard 2 piece tier 1 does not actually increase damage by 3% while under Hymn of Valor as I tested same spellpower approximately with t1 bonus active and inactive and damage didnt seem to change at all other than based off the slightly different spellpower I had. If it's possible, I'd love this to be looked into as right now it just seems its not actually applying the effect.
