Priests can dual wield when it should only be tied to the Monk spec.

Chi doesn't function properly on the Monk class and you can go through multiple gcds without generating Chi at the beginning of a fight.

Updated with others' replies:

• Piercing Jab doesn't always generate chi (tested and seems to be FIXED)
• Kick is generating too many chi stacks . It generates chi depending on the number of affected targets. { 1 stack with one target. 2 stacks with two targets. 3 stacks with three targets. Above that it is inconsistent, it can generate 3 stacks, 4 or possibly beyond. Writing this after I tested with 4 targets. Further, sometimes it will proc serenity and generate more stacks (i.e. you already have 2 stacks, cast kick on 2 targets, you proc serenity and generate 1 chi from that same kick. With 4 targets, you proc serenity and generate 2 chi. I've tested this in both dual wield and staff. }
• Burning Hands is usable without chi.
• Penance can be unresponsive and not work for 1-2 seconds into the channel
• Season 2 set bonus bugs: Firestorm dot doesn't work at all + the weird proc part of the 4 piece does not work at all
• Mind Flay only ticks twice with Shadowy Tome. Mind Flay is supposed to tick 3 times, with Shadowy Tome and some haste you can almost get a 4th tick, but since this is bugged it ticks 2 times and then never again for the remaining duration.
• I can maintain Shadowform while in one of the Monk stances. It IS allowing me to cast Vampiric Embrace and Vampiric Touch to the target. Is this intended?
• The position of the monk stances switch in the stance action bar when swapping specializations. I'm not sure if it is because on one of the specs, I have shadowform available. So the shadowform always stays on the 2nd position of the stance bar when choosing it's spec. If I switch back to the non-shadowform spec, the monk stances swap in the bar - I think it happens only when one of the monk stances are already on.
• The Scarlett Will Talent, Power Infusion does not to increase haste, at least meele tooltip haste doesn´t change: Confirmed

Badly Ranked Spells (as far as gold let me see all ranks ;_;): Holy

• Flash Heal: Rank 4 > Heals for 414 - 492 Rank 5 > for 334 - 433 -- rest of ranks look fine --
• Greater Heal Rank 3 > Heals for 1470 - 1642 Rank 4 > for 1113 - 1321 Rank 5 > for 1146 - 1374
• Prayer of Healing Rank 1 > Heals for 312 - 333 Rank 2 > for 458 - 487 Rank 3 > for 215 - 253 Rank 4 > for 339 - 391
• Renew Rank 6 > Heals for 400 Rank 7 > for 360

Discipline and Shadow seem to be fine from what I've checked.

Note that it is effectual, the ranks are healing as described above. It's not just the tooltips that are bugged.

Scarlet Will PW now works correctly.

Inner Fire has received more Charges but now also loses stacks while PW: Shield is active (so you use it more frequently and it fits the theme better)

Chi generation had a ICD of 4 seconds, it has been halved now. If it still feels bad the ICD could be lowered even further. Improved Firestorm Kick will have its duration increased from 4 to 6 seconds with the next restart.

Priest Fist of the Tiger animation seems to go behind the player character and not infront

Can i suggest then a slight change to Kick's tooltip to add it also generates. And maybe in both Kick's and Jab's tooltip saying that Chi generation has a 2sec internal cooldown.

Also - it was already reported but I still see it bugged - a bunch of spells have their ranks and values swapped (i.e. Rank 5 being better than Rank 6). I'll try to make a list and post it here when i get the chance (and probably when i get my character to 60 first so i can have all learned)

Responded to closed downgrade spells I had posted, but Greater Heal Rank 3 is currently better than 4 and 5.

Mind Flay only ticks twice with Shadowy Tome. You are losing 1/3rd of your damage and ramping slower since Shadow Weaving now requires an extra global.

this is scaling off of the instant damage node at the top of disc and focused power, and the number is definitely changing with my spellpower, its just incredibly low

Would you please check and see if Firestorm Kick is working as intended with the new change(less damage beyond three targets) you applied few days ago. I think it might have bricked the spell ive tried it on 4,5,6 and +8 targets sometimes it just doesnt do any dmg but applies the fire debuff. Alot of new Monks are also having hard time doing RDF cause it hits only 3 targets for them. While this isnt always the case something seems buggy.

Leg Sweep only hits 3 targets currently. Mind Control is not usable at all
