Firestorm Kick Bug - Reporting on behalf of Avel #910

Changelog says Firestorm Kick now deals reduced damage beyond 3 targets. However, whenever I use it, I only ever hit 3 targets. It will only ever detect and hit 3 different targets at a time, and I've confirmed they aren't misses. This is coming from a fresher monk character who is now currently level 22. Hopefully this is a bug, and not intended, because it is very difficult to hold threat as a tank with a 3 target cap.

Ive posted that in Mcdoubles priest thread it would be nice to get confirmation alright.My Kick hits several targets but sometimes it just doesnt and for some people it hits only 3 at all times and the change you applied didnt imply that at all.

Still not working as intended and now that Fist of the Tiger got the same restriction applied to it, that one is bugged in the same way.
