Not gaining Serendipity when casting smite [Priest, Holy] #927

I am gaining Serendipity when I cast binding- and light heal, but not when casting smite(nor any other buff when smiting). Havn't seen any patch notes on this issue.

Only works on the highest rank of Smite/Holy Nova
