2 years ago Looks like assets were still downloading, grabbed the data from a complete install and the quest giver was there. This can be considered closed.

Character: Cleetus Faction: Night Elf Class: Druid Level: 9 Problem Statement: On the Rellian Greenspyre questline, you are unable to complete it. How to Reproduce: Start Timberling Seeds questline and get to the Rellian Greenspyre quest (Step #18) Expected Behavior: You should be able to give the thingy to the NPC that is in Wellspring Hovel, but they are not there. There is Denalan spawned there but I don't know if that is the right NPC to spawn in this area. Quest is a hard stop at this point. External Link: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=922
