Feature Requests #121

I started this issue myself because I had a few ideas. Feel free to add on you comment with your feature request. Try to keep in the realm of possibilities off course. Also, if you have example code, please do share! 😄

A few things I like to see:

  1. Open freetouchdeck.local on the connected computer when going in to Configmode (only when wifi credits are supplied). Make this opt-out?
  2. Custom border radius.
  3. Latch button groups. For example when using the latch button on OBS scenes. Have them in a group where only 1 can latch at any time.
  4. Figure out which software opens their API up to the user so more complex things can be done then just a macro
  5. In the new version where more buttons are allowed; Allow a certain space to be used as display instead of button". For example on the home screen you have your menu's but there is also 2x2 button sized area where the local weather is displayed. Or a 2x1 YouTube subscriber counter.
  6. Allow for bigger than standard buttons. As above, have a 2x2 button for an IoT lamp control
  7. Number 6 automatically means allow for Home Assistant integration. On the new S3 with more RAM this is no problem.

As I said, there are some that have been on my mind for a while. So it is also a ToDo list for myself, but you can add on to this if you like. That is why I will pin it!
