Initial Setup - LM won't connect #12

Hi there. I am in the initial setup phase but the LM will not connect. What am I doing wrong?

I think my main issue is not being able to connect the MLM via Bluetooth to my pc. I just get the message in the attached picture. Not sure how to work around this issue... any suggestions?
